SARA Compliance
Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College utilizes the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) guidelines for interstate offering of distance education. The institution agrees to work with its Home SARA Portal Entity to resolve any complaints arising from its students in SARA states, and to abide by decisions of that entity regarding resolution of such complaints.
Students can appeal SARA complaint decisions to the Higher Education Policy Commission at the SARA Portal Entity at WVHEPC SARA . The student must exhaust all internal procedures prior to making an appeal.
