Southern Workforce Now Offers Phlebotomy

Begins September 5^th
Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:00 pm to 9:30 pm

This program is 133 hours (94.5 hours of classroom instruction and 38.5 hours of clinicals).  It prepares students to collect blood samples from patients for the purposes of laboratory examination.  It also prepares the student to sit for the National Phlebotomy exam.  A minimum of 7 students, and a maximum of 20.

Program Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Current immunizations and flu shots
Criminal background check
Two pairs of scrubs
Books
Cost is $2000
