Southern named Goodwill Partner of the Year!

Southern WV Community & Technical College has been named 2024 Community Partner of the Year by Goodwill Industries of the Summit.

“This recognition reflects the incredible collaboration between the two organizations. “Through our partnership and referral-based practices, we’ve been able to connect individuals in Southern West Virginia with educational opportunities, career support, and vital resources that empower them to thrive,” Megan Payne, Director of Program Service, said.

“Together we’ve made a tangible impact on the lives of so many, and we are truly grateful for the Southern plays in advancing this shared mission.”

Southern will be honored on April 3rd, 2025 at Goodwill’s Annual Banquet at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
