The Technology Service Desk is available to answer questions, resolve problems, or escalate issues to on-site staff 24x7, 365 days a year.  To get assistance with technical issues, contact the Technology Service Desk:


  • From any campus, dial extension: H-E-L-P or x4357

  • From off campus, toll-free:  866-614-5019
    **Note:  The Service Desk technician will need to verify your identity.  Please be prepared to provide your "S" number and your date of birth.

Submit a request via web form:

  • Click on the Technology Service Desk link here or on the main page of the web site (lower right)

  • Complete the form and click on submit

  • A ticket will be opened and you will be notified of status updates via email
