Job description:  As a client associate, you will be responsible for successfullly completing all paying and receiving transactions and providing quality service to our customers and for recognizing opportunities to cross-sell products and refer customers to appropriate branch staff members.  In this position, you contribute directly to the achievement of your branch's customer satisfaction goals.  Prerequisites include successful completion of the JPMorgan Chase bank teller training course, good interpersonal skills and committment to superior customer service.
