Library Technical Assistant I

Responsibilities:  Provides customer service to clients of the Logan Library.  Duties will include charging books, reserving audiovisual equipment, maintaining overdue list and notifying customers when materials are overdue.  Assures customers/students are set up in database and correctly coded.  Maintains all  library materials such as reports, books, periodicals and other library records.  Requirements:  Associate Degree and up to six (6) months relevant work experience.  Incumbent must have excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills.  Must be computer literate, have strong organizational skills, be a team player, and be able to work independently.  Must be able to work evenings.  Must have a positive performance history.  Application review will begin on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 5:00.
