Instructor of Information Technology

Campus:  Logan                Grant Funded                     Full-Time 9-month Term Faculty with benefits

Responsibilities:  The successful applicant will:  Utilize various technologies in the classroom and for distance delivery of instruction; Have all other duties of a full-time instructor such as committee assignments and advising students; Have ability to work effectively with supervisors, colleagues, staff and students as part of an education term; and, write and update curricula including course outlines and syllabi as required by the institution or industry trends.  Requirements:  Earned Bachelor's Degree in Business appropriate field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Systems, and Applied Technology with Drone background) required.  Master's Degree Preferred.  Video and editing preferred, background with drones a plus, FAA 107 licenses a plus.  Three (3) years teaching experience required. Experience teaching at the community college level preferred.  Ability to use the Blackboard Learning Management System and Quaility Matters training preferred.  Must be willing to work non-traditional schedules at multiple campus locations.  Must demonstrate a willingness to develop and teach courses online and use alternative delivery modes.  Computer literacy required.  Application review begins Wednesday, December 13, 2017
